2. Products and pricing
Product listings describe HVAC-R equipment and parts available through our catalog. Prices may be masked for guests. Account holders may access prices according to their approved privilege level. Prices, availability, and specifications can change without notice until an order is confirmed.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders (for stock, pricing error, or compliance reasons). Payment is processed through the methods shown at checkout (such as Stripe or PayPal). Orders are confirmed when payment is authorized and we accept the order.
4. Shipping, pickup, and delivery
Delivery or pickup options depend on product type, location, and arrangement with staff. Risk of loss transfers according to the shipping method selected or agreed at fulfillment. Customers should inspect goods on receipt and report damage promptly.
5. Returns and warranties
Return eligibility depends on product type, condition, and manufacturer rules. Many HVAC parts are non-returnable once installed or if packaging is opened. Manufacturer warranties apply where provided; AutoHVAC does not expand those warranties unless stated in writing.
6. Accounts and website use
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for account security. Misuse of pricing access, scraping, or abuse of the site may result in suspension. Staff may approve or reject elevated account types (installer, sub-contractor, subscriber).
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Photobattery Inc. / AutoHVAC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability related to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that item, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes will be handled in Ontario courts unless required otherwise by law.

GTA Delivery Fees
Standard GTA delivery is normally $79 CAD plus applicable tax. Permanent subscribers receive a waiver of the standard GTA delivery fee while their permanent subscription is active.
Delivery fees may vary for oversized or heavy equipment, pallet or freight service, stairs or special-access requirements, additional handling, urgent or scheduled delivery, extended distance, or addresses outside the standard service area. AutoHVAC will confirm any revised delivery charge before fulfillment.
Delivery is limited to approved addresses within the Greater Toronto Area. Installation and service charges are separate unless expressly included in a written quote.
Permanent subscriber billing and renewal
Permanent subscriber access is currently purchased and renewed manually in one-month paid periods. It does not renew automatically. A customer may cancel future renewal at any time; cancellation does not shorten the access period already paid for. If AutoHVAC later offers optional automatic renewal, it will require the customer’s express opt-in and will clearly show the renewal price, frequency, cancellation method, and effective date before consent.
Twelve-month subscriber benefit eligibility
Annual inspection eligibility and a labour-only service claim require twelve consecutive successful monthly subscriber payments with no interruption. Any lapse, failed payment, unpaid period, or break in active subscription resets the consecutive-month counter. After the twelfth consecutive paid month, the benefit is available for the following twelve months while the subscription remains active. Parts, equipment, permits, third-party charges, and work outside the approved scope are not included unless AutoHVAC confirms otherwise in writing.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. For an approved discretionary return caused by customer error or change of mind, AutoHVAC may deduct a 3% administration fee from the tax-inclusive value of the selected returned items. This fee does not apply where prohibited by law or to defective or incorrect goods, duplicate or unauthorized charges, an AutoHVAC cancellation, or another mandatory remedy. An approved e-transfer refund may avoid this fee when arranged with staff before processing.
