- Manage Google Merchant Center product feeds, diagnostics, policy compliance, disapprovals and synchronization with the AutoHVAC catalogue
- Maintain and improve XML sitemaps, search-engine indexing, crawl health, structured data and Google Search Console performance
- Lead technical, on-page and local SEO work, including keyword research, internal linking, metadata, category architecture and content improvement
- Create a scalable optimization plan for more than 12,000 resale products, prioritizing high-value categories and avoiding duplicate or low-quality content
- Improve product titles, descriptions, specifications and search terms so they are accurate, helpful, persuasive and suitable for search engines and shopping feeds
- Manage AutoHVAC social-media calendars, publishing, community engagement and campaign coordination
- Create and edit instructional, tutorial, educational and promotional videos for customers, products, services and installations
- Visit customer or project sites occasionally to capture approved photographs and videos while following safety, privacy and customer-consent requirements
- Develop and strengthen blog content, marketing media, landing pages, calls to action and lead-nurturing materials
- Coordinate with sales, administration, technicians, subcontractors and management so marketing promises, customer information and operational delivery remain aligned
- Ensure a smooth, accurate and professional flow of communication between staff and customers across campaigns, forms, email, social channels and website content
- Maintain brand consistency, editorial standards, content approvals and organized media assets
- Monitor competitor activity, market demand and customer questions to identify new campaigns and content opportunities

- Prepare concise weekly and monthly dashboards, insights, action plans and forecasts for management
Requirements

- Demonstrated success with Google Ads, social-media marketing, campaign attribution, conversion tracking and optimization
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, Google Search Console, sitemaps, structured data and ecommerce content
- Practical experience with Google Merchant Center, product feeds and shopping-campaign diagnostics
- Experience optimizing large ecommerce catalogues, product titles, descriptions, categories and metadata
- Ability to analyze campaign and lead data and explain clearly which sources produce qualified opportunities and accepted projects
- Strong copywriting, editing, content-planning and brand-communication skills
- Experience planning, recording and editing instructional or promotional video and photography
- Willingness and ability to travel within the GTA occasionally for approved on-site photo and video capture
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and confidence collaborating with customers, staff and subcontractors
